Message	I have been struggling with the decision between aftermarket seats or OEM seats from another car. here are the concers, 1st and foremost is height; the Z does not have an adjustable steering wheel, any reduction in clerance between seat cushion and the bottom of the wheel will be noticed. 2nd, if you are looking to "repair" worn seats, it is unlikely that you will find used OEM seats that are not showing wear. Leather does not last as much as fabric. 3rd, OEM seats with air lumbar, heat and electric controls will in all likelihood be heavy, possibly heavier than the Z's OEM units. 4th, aftermarket, plastic (by this I mean not metal, can be CF) framed, reclinable back seats are light but all have a "racy" non-OEM, non-plush look. Status or Recaro will reach circa $2K for a leather/alcantara covered set.
